Your Responsibilities

Tackle tasks: You will administer client, server, and network infrastructure and continuously develop them.
You will be the point of contact for IT security and play a crucial role in shaping digital transformation.
You will actively drive the automation and standardization of IT processes.
Identify and resolve system malfunctions (1st and 2nd level support), be the first point of contact for onsite and remote users.
Create and maintain deployed (custom) solutions (scripts/tools/software).

Your Profile

Completed training as a Systems Integration Specialist or a comparable education/degree.
Previous work experience in IT support or as an IT system administrator.
Good knowledge of SQL, experience in virtualized environments, and familiarity with common network protocols.
Highly organized with a structured and solutionoriented approach to work.
High level of commitment with a focus on user satisfaction.
