Responsibilities: - Diverse range of tasks in a lively and flexible work environment; - Creation of presentation materials and reports; - Organizational and administrative tasks; - Travel bookings; - General office management; and - Other secretarial tasks
Requirements:
- Ideally a commercial or legal education;
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken;
- Basic knowledge of Italian or Russian would be an advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word;
- Willingness to work, high flexibility and resilience;
- High level of service and customer orientation;
- Organizational talent and quick comprehension; and
- Ability to work in a team and independently. The ideal candidate has a calm and balanced demeanor, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
