YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Agile Coach at PAYBACK, you will be responsible for helping teams maximize value for both internal and external customers, ensuring requirements are met, and increasing efficiency and productivity.

This involves following and teaching agile principles and values, as well as implementing various agile methods based on the needs of the team.

You will also engage and coach all relevant individuals involved in product delivery and management, help foster a culture that embraces a dynamic environment and a "fail fast" learning mentality, facilitate workshops and ceremonies, and make impediments transparent and remove them when possible.
