Administrative Assistant / Pension Office (m/f/d) We are looking for you for the Bad Cannstatt district office of the state capital Stuttgart.

The position is permanent. With almost residents, Bad Cannstatt is the largest district in Stuttgart.

In addition to the general administration and citizen information, the Bad Cannstatt district office consists of the registry office and the citizen service for social benefits, social welfare and basic security, housing allowance office and pension office.


Your main tasks:

You work in all administrative matters of the district office, especially in the areas of budget, asset accounting, cash management, personnel matters and building management.

You are responsible for the organization and implementation of district office events such as elections, fair trade, cinema café, vernissages, etc.

You are also responsible for the Health and Social Affairs working group and serve as the safety officer for the district office.

You are also an administrative assistant in the pension office. Changes or additions to the area of responsibility are reserved.


Your profile:

Training as an administrative assistant, social insurance clerk, office management clerk or completion of the first level of the civil service training, also if the final exam is still pending, or a comparable qualification / training.

Good IT skills. Knowledge of social insurance and pension law is desirable. Independent work, willingness and ability to cooperate, team spirit. Confident interaction with citizens.
