- Performing daily technical processes for the office
- Importing and exporting financial aid data to and from campus systems and external agencies using Ellucian Banner
- Generating weekly communications
- Completing projects as requested
- Assisting with outreach efforts on campus
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required

- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong skills in organizational management, task completion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Description:
As the Financial Aid Systems Assistant, you will report to the Senior Associate Director for Financial Aid Information Systems, offering operational support to the Office of Financial Aid through data processing. This role requires handling all aspects of administration while adhering to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to support special projects and events.
