Vanderbilt, MI 'Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d) at BLUME2000 SE

BLUME2000 SE is Germany's largest flower and plant retailer with around 250 branches.

As a traditional Hamburg-based company, we have been bringing a piece of nature into the city every day since 1974.

To implement our unique and modern store and service concept, we are looking for you as a deputy branch manager (m/f/d) for 30-35 hours per week, either full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:

You support customers in selecting their favorite products, such as cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets, or decorative items.
You create flower arrangements according to the BLUME2000 concept for your customers.
As deputy branch manager, you are responsible for an attractive and inspiring presentation of our product range.
You actively support the branch team in daily operations and independently handle cashier duties and cash reconciliation.
In your role as deputy, you motivate your team and actively contribute to the success of the branch.

Your qualifications:

You have completed a vocational training in retail or a comparable field.
You have relevant experience in retail or a creative environment and ideally also have first leadership experience.
You have a flexible schedule.
You impress with a high level of customer and service orientation.
You motivate your team with your open and friendly personality.
You enjoy sales and interacting with customers.
