Daycare Center Director (m/f/d)

(S 16 TVöD SuE):

for the five-group daycare center on Evrystraße. This full-time position can only be filled with two complementary part-time employees ("true job sharing").


The salary will be in accordance with the provisions of the TVöD based on the current occupancy rates according to S 16 TVöD SuE.

The facility provides care and support for approximately 100 children in groups I, II, and III. The director's exemption time is currently 39 hours.


Your responsibilities

  • Supervision and leadership of employees and teams
  • Conceptual and pedagogical development of the facility
  • Completion of administrative tasks
  • Support of pedagogical group work
  • Networking with other daycare centers and social institutions in the local area and throughout the city

Your profile

  • Completed pedagogical training (educator)
  • Several years of experience as a director or deputy director of a daycare center
  • Several years of experience in working with parents and cooperation
