Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, and Divergent is now expanding to support mission critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Purpose

  • Multidisciplinary role supporting the establishment of DII and normalization of operations in aerospace and defense.
The Role

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Support the development and adotion of Customer Resource Management tools.
  • Implement strategic plans for aerospace and defense programs.
  • Analyze industry trends and market conditions to guide business decisions.
  • Manage program resources and budgets to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aerospace and defense industry standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace and defenserelated jobs.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in using comprehensive database systems and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in managing resources and driving process improvements.
  • Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace and defense.
  • Background working with distributed teams.
  • Top secret clearance.
Work Environment

  • Remote work with travel as needed.
- $135,000 - $150,000 a year
