Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, and Divergent is now expanding to support mission critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Purpose

Multidisciplinary role supporting the establishment of DII and normalization of operations in aerospace and defense.

The Role

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Support the development and adotion of Customer Resource Management tools.
Implement strategic plans for aerospace and defense programs.
Analyze industry trends and market conditions to guide business decisions.
Manage program resources and budgets to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aerospace and defense industry standards and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace and defenserelated jobs.
Demonstrated experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities with a proven track record.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in using comprehensive database systems and CRM tools.
Proficient in managing resources and driving process improvements.
Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace and defense.
Background working with distributed teams.
Top secret clearance.

Work Environment

Remote work with travel as needed.

- $135,000 - $150,000 a year
