Your Profile:

  • You have completed your studies in engineering or science with aboveaverage success, and a doctorate is preferred.
  • You have a strong background in developing automotive E/E systems and are familiar with the methods, processes, and standards involved.
  • You are able to quickly analyze complex technology topics and continuously improve your technical skills.
  • You possess the necessary entrepreneurial skills to establish sustainable business practices.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, exceptional communication skills, a confident demeanor, and fluency in English.
  • You have the ability to inspire and positively influence organizations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide advice to top companies in the automotive and related missioncritical industries on product development, technology changes, and transformation.
  • You will lead project teams consisting of both customers and Vector employees.
  • You will support and coach technical solutions such as AUTOSAR integration, tool chains, E/E architecture, and standards like UNECE and cybersecurity.
  • You will analyze processes, projects, and products and develop concepts for improvement, which you will then implement onsite with our customers in a resultsoriented manner.
  • You will coach companies on topics such as agile transformation, connectivity, cybersecurity, and ASPICE.
