At some point, tax returns affect all of us.

We in the Service - Taxes and Power of Attorney Database department are the contact persons for our customers who have questions about our tax programs and the power of attorney database.

We also answer complex and challenging inquiries. Through close contact with our customers, we are an important partner in the development and improvement of our products.


These are the tasks:

  • You provide telephone and written customer service and, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers.
  • You take on analytical tasks for your team, such as reconstructing customer issues.
  • You participate in shaping our internal service management processes to provide our customers with highquality and reliable service.
  • You support the creation of tailored selfhelp resources for our customers and contribute to our knowledge and information management to make service knowledge accessible to all colleagues.

This is what we are looking for:

  • You are studying business administration or a comparable degree and want to apply your knowledge in practice.
  • You are familiar with Windows systems.
  • You ideally have experience in the field of taxes.
  • You can quickly understand complex situations and enjoy solving complex customer inquiries.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, and taking initiative comes naturally to you.
  • You are communicative, able to handle conflicts, and enjoy working with people.
