We are currently seeking a team member for our "Architecture & Urban Planning" department to support our project planning for technical building equipment (TGA HLS).


As the leading real estate company in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, our main business is managing around 20,000 rental apartments and 8,000 other rental units.

We also engage in property development and work on social building projects for the city of Nuremberg, such as the construction of daycares, after-school care centers, and schools.


Your main tasks will include:


  • Creating and ensuring budget, quality, and timely TGA planning services according to HOAI (with a focus on LPH 59) for buildings and interior construction in the areas of new construction, renovation, expansion, and modernization
  • Coordinating and monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality during the construction process (construction controlling)
  • Representing the interests of the client
  • Preparing all necessary documentation
  • Carrying out required planning steps according to HOAI
  • Creating contracts and managing external service providers, specialist engineers, and companies
  • Participating in project management throughout all project stages and phases according to AHO
  • Coordinating change management, crisis management, and handover of the properties

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in building services engineering (with a focus on heating/ventilation/sanitation) or a comparable qualification
