We are hiring:
Freight Forwarding Clerk / Dispatch Employee

Böhm & Schaaf International Freight Forwarding GmbH is a medium-sized transport and logistics company based in Landsberg (OT Queis) with more than 140 employees.

To further strengthen our dispatch team, we are looking for energetic support.

Responsibilities

  • Entering transport orders into freight forwarding software
  • Procurement / sale of cargo space
  • Transport monitoring
  • Supervision of drivers including vacation planning
  • Monitoring of driving and rest times
  • General administrative tasks such as data maintenance
Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk or a comparable position (also open to career changers)
  • Teamoriented work style
  • Knowledge of German, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
  • Organizational skills, assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
