- Cash Management/Treasury responsibilities – Manage cash, collections and disbursements for the location
- Asset/Liability Management – Manage Accounts Receivable including collections, Inventory controls including month end and year end inventories, Accounts Payable
- Financial Reporting – Manage monthly financial reports
- Manage Internal controls and plant adherence to them
- Work with CFO to create annual budgets for location
- Work with CFO to ensure depreciation schedules and asset management accuracy
- Manage office staff – Oversee workflow to make sure all necessary functions are up to date and accurate
- Work with CFO to complete year end reporting, audit documentation, and bank covenant reporting
- Participate in Management meetings as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance Knowledge of general accounting policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, project management, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively with attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Team player, able to work collaboratively and positively, at all times
- Strong accounting skills and business acumen
- NetSuite experience a plus
- ERP integration experience and systems knowledge a plus
