In this role, you will be the link between our participants, funding agencies (such as the Employment Agency), and COMCAVE.

You will support our participants throughout their training or further education, providing guidance and assistance in all non-teaching related matters.

This includes regular group and individual meetings, where you will document and resolve any issues that may arise.

You will also represent our company at our Berlin location and provide support to our participants in their job application processes and integration into the job market.

We are looking for someone with a background in pedagogy, adult education, or humanities, or with experience in customer service, quality management, conflict management, human resources, or coaching.
