As Deputy Group Leader in production, you will support the Group Leader in the production groups Cathodic Dip Coating (CDC) and Topcoat and act as the main contact for all questions regarding surface technology.

In addition to determining the necessary employee qualifications, you are responsible for ensuring smooth processes. Your tasks.

Support and representation of the Coating Manager Ensuring a smooth production process using current software systems Ensuring material supply and compliance with warehouse organization Ordering of auxiliary and operating materials as well as spare and consumable materials Checking relevant KPIs and conducting quality inspections and initiating corrective measures Conducting professional training and instruction of employees Instruction and promotion of continuous improvement processes Participation in the drafting of work, inspection and operating instructions as well as shift planning Coordination support for maintenance, repair and maintenance work What you bring.
