Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of a general communication plan
  • Preparing drafts for IPCrelevant communication via social media, our website, and other digital channels and coordinating their publication
  • Keeping track of deadlines and followup measures
  • Coordinating the translation process for communication materials
  • Coordinating regional and global marketing communications and corporate communications units to ensure consistent and harmonized communication
  • Maintaining close communication with external agencies and partners
  • Assisting with the analysis of the reach and effectiveness of communication
  • Helping with the organization of meetings and participating in conferences and trade fairs

What you bring:
