Human Resources Officer - Gratiot, WI, United States - Terra Nova Group
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our employees and managers in all matters related to compensation.You will work together with your colleagues to carry out the monthly payroll and manage projects in the SAP HCM environment.
With your expertise, you will optimize processes and support the further digitalization of HR processes.Your tasks:
- Independently and timely execution of the monthly payroll, taking into account tax and social security regulations, including time management
- Competent contact person for compensation issues for our employees and managers
- Reliable execution of all tax and social securityrelated reports to social security agencies, tax authorities, and other authorities
- Timely preparation of reports and statistics, as well as general administrative tasks
- Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of processes
- Project management in the SAP HCM environment
- Participation in projects, e.g. implementation of collective bargaining requirements, interface optimization, or crosslocation topics
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and ideally experience with SAP HCM
- Current knowledge of tax and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Accuracy in handling numbers
- Strong communication skills and a structured, careful, and serviceoriented way of working
- Commitment and enjoyment of working in a team
