Your responsibilities as a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe include: * Telephone communication in inbound or outbound (depending on agreement and preference) * Scheduling appointments * Providing customer advice and assistance on various topics * Processing service inquiries via chat and email Employment type(s): Full-time and part-time possible, permanent Working hours: hours per week or as agreed upon YOUR PROFILE * You have basic knowledge in the commercial sector and are proficient in using MS Office * Willingness to handle inquiries in a service- and solution-oriented manner * Strong communication skills and openness * Customer-oriented work If you have already worked as a customer service representative or sales assistant (all m/f/d), you will certainly fit into this position.
