Are you looking for a new job in production? Our client is a successful "hidden champion" in Thuringia. This dynamic, modern, and future-oriented company is on a growth path and is looking for a production employee (m/f/d) for the production of devices and components.


The job offer for you:


  • You will work exclusively in a 2shift system
  • You will have all weekends off
  • Your manual skills for assembling components are needed
  • You will receive an attractive salary above minimum wage and according to the BAP collective agreement (€15.00/h)
  • You can expect a permanent employment contract from the first day of work

Your tasks in the new job:

  • Simple assembly of components (screws, rivets, soldering)
  • Installation and connection of cable harnesses
  • Packaging and working with sheet metal parts
  • You will receive thorough training

What you bring to the production:

  • Manual skills for assembling components at the workplace
  • German language skills for communication within the team and filling out documentation
  • Willingness to work in a 2shift system
