Your responsibilities:


  • Dive deep into our product and find optimal solutions for our clients' various use cases.
  • Be the customer support hero through phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify customer inquiries for the development of our solution and discover upselling opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize processes and tools to further develop Crewmeister.

Your profile:


  • Strong affinity for software and the internet.
  • Excellent German skills (min. C1) knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Team player with a completed secondary school diploma or high school diploma.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A bit of humor and knowledge of table football is a plus.
  • Experience in a small company with time tracking or scheduling is an advantage.
