At Berry College, GA, we are currently seeking a full-time (Junior) Controller (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the establishment and further development of controlling processes
Assisting in the creation of plans, forecasts, and actual vs. target comparisons with comments
Developing and improving controlling reports and conducting ad hoc analyses
Assisting in the regular updating and adjustment of the company's business case
Participating in organizational, technical, or other changes
Providing new and productive ideas, identifying potential cost savings and opportunities for the media group
Recording business activities
Assisting in process optimization

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a similar background
Previous experience in controlling
Project management skills and experience are advantageous
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Ideally, good knowledge of the underlying IT system LucaNet
Absolute trustworthiness, high level of personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently, structured, and goaloriented
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
