For our client - a globally operating production and trading company for dairy products - we are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) to support the payroll department through direct placement.

Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities as a Payroll Clerk *****

- Manage the time tracking system

- Support the HR clerks in conducting payroll and salary calculations

- Prepare employment contracts and certificates

- Create evaluations and statistics

- Assist in recruiting processes

Your professional and personal qualifications *****

- Successfully completed commercial education

- Previous experience in HR support or clerical work is desirable

- Good knowledge of MS Office programs

- Basic knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law is also desirable

- Ideally, you have some experience with time tracking software

- Strong customer service, service orientation, and problem-solving skills, confident demeanor, and high social competence

- You are a dedicated and communicative person, enjoy working in a team, and have a hands-on mentality
