What can you expect in Franktown, VA?

  • You will be responsible for Java development on our central component, the VoIP server based on Asterisk
  • You will participate in essential refactoring and modernization measures for our IP telephone system
  • You will be responsible for integrating and supporting new telephone devices from various hardware manufacturers
  • You will maintain and manage our contacts with international telephone manufacturers
Requirements

What should you bring?

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience, particularly in objectoriented application development with Java, Java EE in multithreading environments
  • Basic knowledge of Linux (CentOS)
  • Proficient in commonly used development tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEA and GIT
  • Experience with Tomcat, SIP, REST is an advantage
  • Thorough and independent work, even in difficult situations
  • Good German and English skills
