We operate more than 1500 kiosks, 60 restaurants, and our grab-and-go sushi is available in over 3,700 locations. Our key markets are the USA, Canada, and the UK, with additional geographic presence in Europe and Australia.

JFE Franchising, Inc. (Snowfox) manages more than 1300 full-service sushi bars in U.S.

supermarket, wholesale, university, and corporate settings, partnering with retail giants such as Kroger, Costco, Fry's Food and Drug, King Soopers, Fresh Market, and Albertsons.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to develop pricing strategies and manage product costs.
Plan and execute product launches and promotions to drive sales and market share.
Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market share, to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality and availability.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in product management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
Willingness to travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
