At the Pricing Actuarial department of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, we analyze the complex financial risks of the insurance business and make them predictable through the application of mathematical models and big data methods. Our strategically important insights form the basis for price calculation and tariff development, which we are responsible for together with our interface partners at the product provider for the entire property insurance business of Allianz Deutschland.

For our department, we are currently looking for several interns (m/f/d) to support our team in the following tasks.

Tasks
  • Development of stochastic forecasting models (risk models / cancellation models) and technical tariffs, including the use of state-of-the-art methods for data analysis and modeling (especially from the fields of machine learning, statistics, and data mining)
  • Further development of actuarial methodology and development of efficient, innovative solutions for data collection, as well as roll-out of the corresponding infrastructure and process optimization along the entire actuarial value chain as part of the Technical Excellence Initiative of the Allianz Group
