We are looking for a team member to join our contract workshop (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra) in East Conemaugh, PA to support our team at the customer reception counter.

Your Job
Your main task will be to provide personal and telephone customer service.

This includes scheduling workshop appointments using the digital workshop appointment planner from various lead sources, creating maintenance and repair orders according to customer requests, managing customer mobility during the repair process, and handling cash transactions.

The counter has many different areas of responsibility, so the daily routine is never monotonous. One area of responsibility, for example, is handling liability and comprehensive insurance claims for accidents.

After taking down the customer's claim, you will be responsible for the exciting process of coordinating with lawyers, insurance companies, and the customer.

There are also many other interesting challenges waiting for you.
