Claims Handler for Vehicle Fleet Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Our fleet clients include well-known companies with over 10,000 vehicles. The responsibility lies in the complete handling of vehicle damages for fleet clients.

You will act as a contact person for fleet managers, workshops, insurance companies, leasing and rental car companies, as well as lawyers and appraisers.

Your main tasks include:

Taking over independent damage handling from reporting to mediation to liability clarification of damages
Organizing professional emergency assistance
Coordinating the repair process between clients, workshops, and leasing companies
Corresponding with stakeholders involved in the damage, such as fleet managers, leasing companies, and insurance companies
Data maintenance as part of active damage management

Your profile:

Commercial training, preferably in the automotive/insurance/vehicle damage management field
Customeroriented and friendly telephone manner
Aboveaverage customer orientation
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form
Team spirit
