The HTWD is currently seeking an engineer for electrical and information technology (m/f/d) in the Department of Technology, with a focus on electrical, telecommunications, and information technology - Code 62/2023

The position involves commissioning building technology in the U-building and integrating it into the building automation and hazard detection technology at the Dresden campus. The position is initially limited to three years and is full-time, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operation and maintenance of all technical systems (HVAC, electrical, low-voltage services, hazard detection systems, building automation, etc.) at the HTWD
  • Acquisition of knowledge and data for optimal control of technical systems in existing buildings
  • Recording and evaluation of all measurement data for the U-building
  • Integration of the aforementioned systems in the U-building into the existing building and hazard detection control system
