Description

We have an excellent full-time opportunity for an energetic, dedicated, team-oriented individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, working closely with all facets of our Finance department.

This is a great fit for an individual with a demonstrated aptitude and interest in helping to develop and maintain our financial systems in a fast-paced environment.


What you will do:

  • Receiving, processing and posting all daily transactions timely and accurately
  • Tracking and investigating any transactional disputes or discrepancies
  • Responding to internal and external requests for information promptly and professionally
  • Providing assistance with analysis and assuring compliance of transactions with other departmental programs
  • Maintaining uptodate and organized records as necessary to comply with company, agency, industry and government entities

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
  • Minimum of one year experience within the accounting function of a similar organization structure and volume
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel REQUIRED, Sage X3 Operating System a plus

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
