We are a listed company and will soon need to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) by the EU.

As part of our global People Analytics team, you will help us prepare for this by establishing new reporting practices and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data.

This is a new position that can be based in Germany with remote working possibilities.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Project management and coordination: Establishing simplified and harmonized reporting practices to meet the requirements of the CSRD
  • Collaboration with our Sustainability organization and global HR community
  • Data governance: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data for CSRD reportable metrics through clear definitions and controlling processes
  • Reporting and business intelligence: Creating auditcompliant reports for CSRD metrics and integrating key figures into our global HR KPI dashboard
  • Data science and engineering: Identifying best practices for automation and data science projects
  • Becoming an active member of our People Analytics network within HR and beyond

Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, business administration, business informatics, mathematics, or statistics
  • Extensive professional experience in data processing and/or data visualization
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Customeroriented with the ability to connect
