We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a customer service representative (m/f/d) for an international mobile phone company.

Responsibilities:

Advising new and existing customers on tariffs
Conducting number and card exchanges
Checking the status of orders for devices and replacement cards, including tracking shipments
Sending replacement cards
Blocking and setting up services
Answering billing inquiries
Providing general advice on special services (WAP, GPRS, UMTS)
Providing general advice on devices and accessories
Subsequent processing of phone calls
