As an Operations Manager, you will oversee other managers and develop operational plans to meet targets, driving operational excellence and shaping the future of Amazon.

A typical day in this role involves leading shifts at one of our operational sites, as well as collaborating with various teams such as finance, safety, and operations integration.

You will have a hands-on approach to daily operations while also contributing to innovative solutions for your site. Additionally, you will mentor and coach your team to be the best managers they can be.

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) team is where Amazon began, and it has since grown into a global team that handles over 1.5 million orders per day.
