We are looking for a skilled contractor to help with a renovation project in Sturtevant, WI.

The job involves dismantling a wooden and Arab tile roof, removing a 10m wall (half wall, half glass), and tearing down a 3m partition wall to combine two rooms.

Additionally, we need to remove a wooden corridor on the upper floor and rebuild it.

The 10m wall will be set back and reconstructed with 24 thermoclay blocks to accommodate three doors and two windows.

On the upper floor, we also need to rebuild a 9m corridor and install a new 4x2m bathroom underneath.

All debris will be kept on site, with the tiles being repurposed for other projects, the soil being distributed on the property, and the wood being used for firewood.

We are open to discussing different payment options, including a fixed price for labor and materials, or paying for labor on a daily basis.

The type of renovation is a complete overhaul, and the property is a single-family home (villa, townhouse, etc.). The main motivation for this project is to replace the roof. We also plan to make changes to the walls and install new ones. The property measures between 51 and 70m2 and is over 40 years old. It is owned by the client, and the start date is flexible. Our main preference for this service is a good balance between quality and price.
