Persiehl Group, WB Packaging, with around 90 employees at its location in Bremen, produces and develops individual packaging solutions made of cardboard.

In order to meet the increasing demand of our customers, we are currently looking for a Packaging Technologist as a Machine Operator (m/f/d) at Sierra Blanca.

Your responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, and setting up die-cutting and folding carton gluing machines (manufactured by Bobst and Heidelberg) for beverage and food packaging.

You will also be responsible for inspecting the finished products according to the quality management system (GFSI standard) and maintaining and servicing the production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with software-controlled machine systems, as well as experience with die-cutting and gluing machines from the mentioned manufacturers.

A background in packaging technology or a quick learner with relevant experience is preferred. Other important qualities for this role include the ability to work independently, teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
