Essential Functions:


  • Provide onsite support to our offices in Rockville, MD and occasionally in Fairfax, VA
  • Install, maintain, and repair laptops related equipment and software (Peripherals, printers, mobile devices, softphones, standard/nonstandard software including but not limited to MS O365, EHR, Adobe, etc.)
  • Provide first line A/V support for conference rooms including conducting room rounding and providing daily support
  • Engage and coordinate with hardware and software vendors to repair/support technology components in a timely manner
  • Support telephony services including participation in all telephony services and serving as the primary liaison to telephony vendors
  • Adhere to asset management processes to ensure accurate recording of company resources from receipt to configuration and ultimately delivery of assets including adhering to the asset disposal policy
  • Maintain strong expert level knowledge & understanding of current operating systems, network, printing, including an understanding of clinical workflows and how hardware interacts with systems
  • Accurately document tickets for instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal. Partner with MSP to transfer knowledge for improved first contact resolution.
  • Uses technical tools to query, manipulate, and summarize data from various data sources.
  • Supports performance improvement projects to meet deadlines and expected goals/ deliverables.
  • Demonstrates intercultural competence and ensure all work products consider the impacts of the work on multiple communities, including communities of color and individuals with different gender identities and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Familiarity and experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and reporting bodies (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with MDM, server, and desktop operating systems such as Windows Server 2016

Minimum Education, Licensure, and Work Experience Required:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor degree highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with a minimum level of supervision
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Clear, analytical thinking driving towards problem resolution
  • Technology oriented and well versed.
