The BTG BADISCHE TREUHAND GESELLSCHAFT is an auditing and tax consulting firm with locations in Lahr, Freiburg, and Villingen-Schwenningen.

Currently, we employ around 40 employees.

As a continuously growing firm, we are always looking for dedicated new colleagues who appreciate a diverse range of tasks in a modern work environment.

We are currently seeking competent support for our
Backoffice Management (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time at our Lahr location.


In particular, we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and correspondence using office programs, as well as to ensure smooth operations in our daily office routine.


Responsibilities:


  • General administrative and secretarial tasks, including processing of annual financial statements using Excel and DATEV
  • Occasional representation in the following areas:
  • Digitization and archiving of documents
  • Reception duties, including client support and telephone switchboard
  • Coordination of meeting appointments and sessions
  • Planning of company events and seminars
