Through our innovative services, we enable AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere vessels to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

We are currently seeking a Service Technician Riding Team for Life Saving Appliances to join our team in Hackettstown, NJ.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining life saving appliances such as lifeboats, davits, and winches on board our COSTA fleet.

This includes conducting inspections, performing maintenance work, making repairs, and installing equipment.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory and assisting with requisitioning necessary supplies and tools for the Riding Team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and replacing parts such as hatches, canvas, windows, fenders, SOLAS-tape, and IMO-signs, as well as conducting small repairs on GRP and Gelcoat.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electric systems, or have a comparable qualification as per STCW.

Previous shipboard experience is preferred, and you should have strong English and communication skills, as
