At our location in Dornstadt, we are looking for a full-time or part-time:
Employee for Employer Branding & Personnel Marketing (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:

  • Expanding and further developing employer branding and personnel marketing.
  • Planning and implementing target groupspecific employer branding measures for various career communication channels (career website, social media, press/blog articles, trade fairs, events).
  • Conceptualizing and implementing new personnel marketing campaigns, as well as expanding our social media activities to increase the visibility and attractiveness of our employer brand.
  • Analyzing and reporting on implemented measures.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of personnel, media, communication, marketing, or equivalent.
  • First professional experience in personnel marketing at a company, agency, or organization.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in the German language, as well as graphic design understanding.
  • Expertise in social media and monitoring and reporting on measures.
  • Affinity for topics related to technology
