Job details:

Friendly greeting, service and farewell to our customers
Smooth and inventory-secure processing of cash transactions and trustworthy handling of payment methods
Implementation of our services, e.g. parcel service, equipment and transporter rental, processing of online reservations
Processing of complaints, guarantees and returns
Answering inquiries from our customers and possible forwarding to colleagues
Maintenance and attractive presentation of the cash register area as well as restocking of goods

What you bring:

Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant (m/f/d), cashier or career changer from another industry
Enjoyment of direct contact with customers, solution orientation and organizational skills
A careful, structured and efficient way of working
