Tasks, Skills and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all outgoing goods
  • Invoicing and customs document creation
  • Correspondence with freight forwarders and transport companies
  • Procurement of packaging materials
  • Representation and support of goods flows and warehouse activities
  • Coordination of transports between external companies
  • Problem solving in case of transport difficulties
  • Compliance with packaging regulations

Professional Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (m/f/d)
    or:
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • First experience in warehouse logistics desirable
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Basic technical English skills
  • Teamwork
  • Good communication skills
