Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Raw Material Logistics.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire raw material logistics process, including receiving and storing materials, picking and preparing orders, and providing materials to production.

You will also be responsible for managing the internal transportation of materials for all production areas within the Bauerfeind Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a continuous and smooth supply of materials in highquality service
  • Organizing and continuously analyzing and optimizing processes and procedures related to raw material logistics
  • Leading and developing a team of employees, including coordinating their schedules and providing training and guidance
  • Working closely with the purchasing, production, and logistics departments to ensure efficient and effective warehouse processes
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and performance, as well as taking initiative to improve processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, as well as a master's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a team or shift leader
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in modern warehouse operations
