The Clinic for Dermatology and Venereology in Normanna, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to start on January 1st, 2023.

  • Our clinic provides inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization treatment for a variety of skin conditions. We are currently expanding our outpatient services and are in need of skilled support.

Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting in outpatient consultations (allergology, dermatology)
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. archiving outpatient patient records)
  • Creating cost estimates for private medical services
  • Handling inquiries
  • Controlling private billing based on GOÄ (German medical fee schedule)

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable medical qualification
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with a sense of independent and effective work
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoyment of work, flexibility, and openness to innovation
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) and accounting
  • Indepth knowledge of GOÄ, preferably (but not mandatory) in the field of dermatology
  • The position is initially limited to 2 years, with the possibility of permanent employment, and can be filled full
