Responsibilities:

  • You will handle recruitment and applicant management
  • You will take care of contract preparation
  • You will be responsible for employee support
  • You will prepare payroll (monitoring and correcting time tracking)
  • You will handle work safetyrelated processes, such as obtaining protective equipment, monitoring safety training, and occupational medical examinations
  • You will be responsible for documentation in personnel files
  • You will assist in managing the company fleet

Profile:

  • You have a commercial education, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • You have good computer skills
  • You enjoy developing workflows for personnel matters

Other:

  • You will work 30 hours per week (flexible schedule, 5 work days)
