The Klinikum Dahme-Spreewald GmbH is the operator of the Spreewaldklinik Lübben and the Achenbach-Krankenhaus Königs Wusterhausen, both hospitals providing basic medical care in the district of Dahme-Spreewald.


The hospital has a total of 448 beds in the main departments of internal medicine, general, visceral and vascular surgery, orthopedics and trauma surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, anesthesiology and intensive care medicine, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, as well as ENT medicine and diagnostic and interventional radiology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our patients/families and collaborating with medical staff during their hospital stay and in preparation for discharge
  • Interdisciplinary and multiprofessional collaboration with all areas of the hospital, especially with doctors, nurses, etc.
  • Assistance in organizing posthospitalization care according to individual needs
  • Providing advice on financing, powers of attorney, and advance directives
  • Counseling on social law topics, especially SGB V, SGB XI, and SGB XII
  • Assisting in establishing contacts with specialized counseling centers
  • Initiating followup treatments
