Position Description:

As a member of our awesome customer experience team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries.

Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
Interpersonal and activelistening skills
Assist customers with their pestcontrol related concerns
Schedule service appointments
Accurately enter data

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to speak, read, and write English, Bilingual is a plus.
The ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly
A positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
