Position Details:
- Role: Moderator for Participant Testing
- Type: Freelance contract
- Location: Obentrautstraße 72, 10963 Berlin, Germany
- Duration: 4 weeks, April 15 - May 10, 2024
- Capacity: Up to 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Language: Bilingual German/English
- Pay: $20 USD per hour
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out smart device testers
- Instruct, guide, and assist testers during the smart device testing session
- Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up and clean devices
- Escalate device issues or tester-reported problems to the designated Lead
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates
- Attend trainings, status meetings, and team meetings
