About us:
The Ecumenical Hainich Clinic is a psychiatric maximum care facility located in the heart of Germany. Our clinic offers treatment options in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatics, child and adolescent psychiatry, and neurology.

With approximately employees, we care for around 9,200 inpatients and outpatients annually, with over patient contacts in our outpatient clinics.

Our main location in Mühlhausen now includes eight psychiatric day clinics and outpatient clinics in neighboring regions.

We are currently seeking a Head of Nursing (m/f/d) for our residential area at our Mühlhausen location, starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a completed nursing or geriatric nursing exam, experience in a leadership role, and the ability to lead employees in accordance with current developments in psychiatric care.

A completed further education as a head of nursing or the willingness to complete one is required. The position also involves close collaboration with the facility management.

We are looking for a person who is able to lead a team with mindfulness and respect, and who also demonstrates this attitude towards our patients.

Experience in working with mentally ill patients and relevant qualifications in this field are also required. Continuous participation in quality management is expected.
