Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the independent care of several municipal properties, spread throughout the municipality, and will take on all necessary caretaker tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of buildings
  • Conducting minor repair work
  • Operation and maintenance of technical systems in the buildings
  • Supervision and management of external companies
  • Maintenance work in the respective outdoor areas
  • Inspection tasks
  • Winter service

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in a trade (e.g. in the fields of building technology, heating and ventilation technology, plumbing, carpentry, construction, etc.)
