Job Description:
- The project "Transformations and Continuities in Academic Publishing (TRUK)" deals with the current changes in the academic publishing landscape. The focus is on the question of how the organization and practices of academic publishers and journals are changing due to developments such as the increasing use of digital and AIbased tools, the spread of open science initiatives, but also the emergence of socalled predatory journals.
The tasks include:
- Conducting systematic literature searches and supporting literature preparation, maintaining the literature database with Zotero
- Researching interview partners, policy documents, and organizational structures in publishing
- Supporting the qualitative analysis of interviews/document analyses and observation protocols
- General organizational tasks
Expected Qualifications:
- Your profile:
- Studies in social sciences, information and library sciences, political sciences, European ethnology, or a related field, current enrollment at a university
