Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for seminar management and acquiring new customers
  • You will handle financial monitoring, including invoicing and handling complaints
  • For internal events, you will write and promote intranet posts
  • Refilling food and beverage buffets

Your profile:


  • You have excellent hospitality and communication skills
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor
  • You have previous experience in front office, back office, or event management
  • You are available to work on weekends for events
